Installation:
First, drill the required hole through into your surface material.
Drop your screw through the piece you are mounting, screw the Toggle Bolt onto the screw, fold the wings completely back, and insert it through the hole until the wings spring open.
Pull back on the assembly to hold the wings inside the wall to prevent the wings from spinning while you tighten down the screw.
